Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Services Agreement. Your business agrees to it for everyone it lets sign in to its Klosemore workspace.

What this policy covers

Klosemore reads your company's CRM and the people in it, so these rules protect your data, the people it is about, and every other business on Klosemore.

This policy applies to every business that uses Klosemore and to everyone who signs in to its workspace. Your business agrees to it for everyone it lets sign in, and makes sure they follow it. It is part of our Services Agreement, which wins where the two differ.

Use within the law

Use Klosemore only for lawful business purposes. Connect only data you have the right to connect, follow the terms of the CRM you connect, and follow the privacy, marketing and employment laws that apply to you and to the people your data is about.

What you may not do

  • Use Klosemore to send marketing or bulk email, or take addresses out of Klosemore to send it from somewhere else.
  • Try to reach data that is not yours or your workspace's.
  • Test or break Klosemore's security, except as our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy allows.
  • Put malicious code into Klosemore or send it through it.
  • Reverse engineer Klosemore, or copy it to build a competing product.
  • Share one account between people, or resell Klosemore to anyone else.
  • Overload Klosemore, scrape it with automated tools, or get around its limits.

Rules for the AI

  • Check what Klosemore tells you before you act on it. It produces its flags, answers and drafts automatically, partly with AI models, and any of them can be wrong.
  • Do not try to get around Klosemore's safeguards, extract its instructions, or make it produce unlawful or harmful content.
  • Do not send a draft Klosemore wrote as if a person checked it when nobody did. Where the law requires you to say that a message came from AI, say so.
  • Do not use Klosemore for anything the EU AI Act prohibits, such as manipulating people or exploiting their vulnerabilities.

The AI models Klosemore runs on have usage policies of their own, and your use of Klosemore has to respect them too: Anthropic's Usage Policy for Claude, and the AWS Acceptable Use Policy for Amazon Bedrock, which runs it.

What Klosemore is not for

Klosemore watches deals. It does not judge people. You will not use it to:

  • decide anyone's hiring, pay, promotion, discipline or dismissal;
  • use its flags, answers or any count it gives as a basis for a formal evaluation of an employee, a ranking of employees, or a decision about anyone's job;
  • infer the emotions of your employees from their voice, face or other biometric data;
  • decide anyone's access to credit, insurance, housing, education or public services;
  • make any decision about a person that has a legal or similarly significant effect on them.

Managing your sales team with what Klosemore shows, including reviewing a rep's deals and follow-up with them, is what it is for. Feeding what it shows into a formal evaluation, a ranking or a job decision is not.

Sensitive data

Klosemore is not built for health data, payment card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers or other sensitive data. Do not connect such data on purpose. If your CRM holds some, Klosemore treats it like the rest of your data.

Reporting misuse

Report a security problem to security@klosemore.com. Report any other misuse of Klosemore to support@klosemore.com, and we look into it.

If someone breaks this policy

We may suspend the affected access, as section 8 of the Services Agreement describes: after telling you and giving you the chance to fix the problem, or at once if the risk is urgent. A serious or repeated breach lets us end the Services Agreement. If you think we suspended access by mistake, write to support@klosemore.com and a person reviews it.

Changes to this policy

We change this policy the way section 16 of the Services Agreement describes: we email your workspace's admins at least 30 days before the change applies, and using Klosemore after that date accepts it.
